Returns Policy

You can shop with us in confidence because, we will replace or refund an item provided it is returned to us complete, unused and in its original packaging within the 14 day Approval Guarantee period. Before arranging your return, please refer to the Approval Guarantee checklist:

- Items must be returned within the 14 day approval period.
- Ensure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped in its original packaging
- Stick a label with our return address over the original label.
- Items that are not adequately packaged and labelled will not be accepted through any of our returns routes.
- Ensure that you get a proof of return sticker or have your receipt stamped. Keep this in a safe place in case of any query about the return. If you cannot produce a proof of return on a query, we reserve the right not to credit your account.
- Please enclose a returns note with the product stating the reason for return and whether you require a replacement.
- Goods are returned to us at your own expense.
- Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage
- Returns will not be accepted if the Approval Guarantee conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By following these simple steps you will enable us to credit returns promptly and safely.

LED lighting bulbs may change its terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this site and will take effect immediately

Shipping Policy

Delivery UK standard delivery charge. In-stock products are despatched within 48hrs. You will be advised of any out of stock item immediately. Delivery of out of stock items normally within 28 working days.
