Commercial LEDs

LED technology has been within the Commercial business for the last 5 years and the savings on both maintenance and electricity costs are huge. Primera LED LTD, (www.primera-led.com) specialise in commercial properties and LED lighting bulbs specialise in the domestic markets. The reason for this is domestic homes will turn lights on and off on a  regular bases so the LEDs need to be able to deal with this constantly and also they need to look and feel great in the home. The commercial markets are different as The LEDs need to be on for longer periods and will need larger thermal management housing and the lighting levels will need to replace 75-100 watts and will use different drivers to withstand larger power surges.
